How we help in Illinois
We pull genuine Illinois comparables within the local market, document trim and option packages, apply Illinois-specific tax and fee rules, and rebut every condition adjustment line by line.
Recent Illinois case result
De-identified outcome from a Illinois appraisal we handled. Settlement ranges reflect actual recoveries.
A Chicago driver's 2019 Honda CR-V EX-L was declared a total loss after a multi-vehicle collision. The carrier's CCC ONE valuation came in at $17,200, with three "fair" condition adjustments and two comps pulled from outside the Illinois market. Our appraiser rebuilt the comp set using genuine Illinois dealer inventory, corrected trim and option coding, and removed the unsupported condition deductions. Final settlement after appraisal: $21,300 — a +$4,100 increase, plus Illinois sales tax and title fees paid on top.
