They broke it all down in a way that finally made sense.

The adjuster kept telling me their valuation was 'market-based,' but nobody could explain the numbers clearly. autoACV broke everything down in a way that finally made sense.

They handled the negotiation. I finally got to breathe.

I was already stressed enough dealing with a totaled car. Having a team that actually handled the negotiation for me made the whole process feel way less overwhelming.

Every time insurance went quiet, they already had the next move.

What stood out to me was how responsive they were. Every time the insurance company delayed or went silent, autoACV already had a next step ready.

Common questions about pricing.

Everything you'd want to know before paying us a dollar.

The $199 covers our licensed appraiser's research, USPAP-compliant report preparation, and case setup. The 15% is performance-based and only applies if we recover additional value. This dual structure keeps our incentives aligned with yours.

15% applies only to the additional value we recover — not your total settlement. Example: Insurance offered $18,000. We recover $24,000. The 15% = $900, calculated on the $6,000 gain only.

You pay no contingency fee. The 15% only applies when we increase your settlement by $1,000 or more — if we don't, there is nothing further to pay. The $199 still covers the independent appraisal report we produced for your case.

No. The $199 covers your independent appraisal report, which we produce for every case, so it is non-refundable once work begins. Our contingency fee is separate: you pay it only if we increase your settlement by $1,000 or more.

No. The pricing you see is the pricing you pay. No setup fees, no rush fees, no per-call charges.

Yes. Many clients start with Check (free), then upgrade to Get or Handle. We credit any fees already paid toward the next plan.

No. Invoking your appraisal clause is a contractual right within your existing claim, not a new incident.

Most people don't realize they can challenge a total loss offer.
Until they see the difference.
