What you're consenting to

By providing your mobile number when you start a case, sign in via phone OTP, or check the SMS opt-in box on any Auto ACV form, you agree to receive transactional and informational text messages from Auto ACV Inc. at the number provided.

What we'll send

  • One-time passcodes for sign-in.
  • Status updates on your active appraisal case (uploads received, valuation ready, settlement filed).
  • Time-sensitive replies from your case manager.
  • Occasional reminders about pending action items on your case.

What we won't send

  • Marketing or promotional offers from third parties.
  • SMS to anyone other than the case owner.
  • More than one update message per case milestone.

Frequency, cost, and carriers

Message frequency varies by case activity (typically 2–6 messages per case). Message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan. Auto ACV is not responsible for charges from your carrier. We support all major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regionals).

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately opt out. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also email support@autoacv.com. Reply HELP for support contact info.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties. SMS opt-in data is not shared for any purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
