What to upload

CCC ONE / CCC Intelligent Valuation
Multi-page PDF listing 'comparable' vehicles and condition adjustments. Most major carriers (State Farm, USAA, Liberty, Farmers) use CCC.
Mitchell WorkCenter Total Loss
Mitchell-branded valuation report. Common with Nationwide, Erie, and many regional carriers.
Audatex Autosource
Audatex- or Solera-branded valuation. Common with GEICO, Travelers, and some Allstate claims.
Settlement / total loss offer letter
The carrier's written offer with the dollar amount, deductible, tax/fee breakdown, and any payoff figures.
Photos & repair estimates (optional)
Pre-loss condition photos, recent service records, and any body shop or dealer estimates strengthen the rebuttal.
